Well this is the finished version of my -cough- FIRST request, from :devemilythedinosaurus:. Annnnd I really like it. Here was her request:

Color: Chestnut tobiano
Background: I was thinking a bright feild or forest, but I can't find anything along tthat line.
Colors: I have requested this image many times, and no one has ever gotten it right. This must have BRIGHT cyans, fuchsias, oranges, and lime greens. I understand if you cant do this, but it would make a difference if you day.

So I tried to include all the bright colors. If it isn't right, I'd be glad to try again. Also, if you'd like me to make a "clickable" then I can do that too.
